Another fantastic ‘tender win’ for H.Monfared (Builders) Ltd. Monfareds in association with Day Associates and Park Lane Block Management are now undertaking vast repairs at 90 Anderson's Road in Southampton. The works include roof top deck repair, ventilation installation and to install weathered slopes to projecting stone cornices to a four-storey block of apartment. The tender win, which has taken almost year for dealings to be complete was awarded on the 24th January 2018.
