H.Monfared (Builders) welcomes new client CBRE Group to their list of clients. CBRE Group, Inc. is a commercial real estate services and investment firm, which boastful offices branched globally. H.Monfared (Builders) is supporting CBRE on numerous commercial building projects. Works will be mainly based in the new development shopping area of Commercial Road which is the biggest shopping precinct in the Portsmouth area. Developments in the commercial area of Portsmouth have been agreed by Portsmouth City Council which is part of the re generation project. Main works with the firms will proceed from early spring this year to the end of winter 2019. Commercial works will include mainly shop fit-outs and renovation projects.
