Good news for H.Monfared (Builders) Ltd in early January this new year on the tender win for main refurbishments at Gatwick House, Horley. The tender win, which has taken almost year
for dealings to be complete was awarded on the 24th January 2018. The works will include mass repairs and a divide into separate working spaces which will provide new tenants with an improved working experience. The main works to he roof will be an exciting architectural piece.The project will be finalised by early March this year. Watch this space for photo updates on completeion.
