H Monfared (Builders) back at Charter Academy School! Major works and refurbishments.
H.Monfared (Builders) are now undertaking more works at Charter Academy School, Hyde Park Road in Southsea, Portsmouth. Works are to be started in June this year with a months turn around ready for Autumn term. Works will consist of major works to the main 'Fleming Building' including major works to internal doors and disabled accesses and manufacture and install cladding covers.
Works will also take place at the 'School Lodge' to improve the timber cladding and installing new U.P.V.C doors and windows.
Mr Monfared CEO stated "We are thrilled to be working alongside Charter Academy again, its great to give something back to our local community... hopefully our business relationship with grow further through 2019 and we can continue our fantastic service"
All major works will be finished end of July.
