Meon Milton, Portsmouth Youth League Under 18 B Division Sponsorship and News.
H.Monfared (Builders) Limited are proud to announce that Meon Milton under 18 are undefeated in the Portsmouth Cup. Meon, who are sponsored by Mr Monfared Builders, are third in the South Hants Glass full time Youth League. To date, Meon have won 6 matches and lost non, which is a huge success for the small team.
The young team beat league leaders Gosport Borough 7-3 to reach the cup semi-final and are yet to play them in the league. The team will be playing Pickwick Youth Panthers in the semi-final who are second. Meon are now looking forward to the semi-finals of the Portsmouth Cup which will take place on the 27th January 2019 at Eastney Barracks.
Mark Harman, H.Monfareds Health & Safety Manager who was the manager of the team is back on the pitch coaching the team for season 2018/2019.
Mark Harman said "We're really excited about the semi finals and we’re confident the young men are strong enough to win the league and cup... they've improved dramatically over the last two years with training and mass commitment they’ve shown, I'm very proud of them all"
